Glue six large matchboxes upright next to each other on the corrugated cardboard cut. Do not glue the boxes together, otherwise you will not be able to open them later. Glue six more boxes on top to create a rectangle. You can now cut off the remaining corrugated cardboard blank.
Place the stencil onto the matchboxes and paint them with a white Posca marker. You can now decorate the surface with stamps as desired.
Glue the small matchboxes to the top edge. This way, all the matchboxes can be slid open. Decorate these boxes with stamps too.
Use the Posca marker to write numbers on each matchbox .
Finally, you can stick on a few star stickers if you wish.
