Bunny with fillable belly

Step 1: Prepare templates

Start your DIY-Project by downloading and printing out the templates provided. Once you have printed them out, carefully cut out the templates.

Step 2: Transfer the templates to foam sheets

Using a sublimate pen, which is characterized by its self-extinguishing purple color liquid, transfer the templates A (bunny), B (hands), and C (feet) onto the brown foam sheets. It is important to make sure that the lines are clean, as this step forms the foundation for the final shape of the bunny. For the templates D (inner ear), E (nose), F (toe), G (inner foot) and H (egg), use the pink one foam sheets.

Step 3: Cut out from foam sheets

Now it's time to cut! Carefully cut out all the transferred parts.

Step 4: Fill and attach the acrylic-egg

Cover the edge of your foam sheets-ice with a strip of double-sided adhesive tape. Fill the acrylic egg with small gifts or sweets that will provide a playful surprise. Now remove the protective film from adhesive tape and attach the foam sheets-egg to the acrylic egg, so that it is securely closed. On the back of the acrylic-ice , attach some double-sided adhesive tape adhesive tape. and place the egg on the bunny's belly. Thanks to the adhesive tape, you can easily remove the acrylic-egg later without damaging the bunny.

Step 5: Glue the individual parts together

Using hot glue (be careful with the heat and your fingers), attach the toes and the inner foot parts to the brown feet. Then glue the finished feet to the bunny. The hands go directly onto the acrylic egg, to give the impression that the bunny is holding the egg.

Step 6: Add details and design the face

Glue the inner ears to the bunny's ears and attach the nose to the middle of the head. wobbly eyes give the bunny its characteristic expression, while an optional bow lovingly rounds off the overall look. Use a marker to paint on the rest of the face, such as the mouth and whiskers, to round off the details.
