And this is how it works
First prime the decorative sign in brown and wipe over the edges with antique white after drying.
Place the template for the dandelion on the shield and protrude with the tingle needle. Remove the pattern and tap the decoration-Pins into the perforations.
Tie the knot Warp yarn on a needle and tighten further. Put a piece of white felt cord around the middle.
