Cut strips of fabric to the size of the frame with the pinking scissors and glue them on with the Effect Glue
Cut the motifs from Napkin and glue the upper, printed layer with Napkin varnish to the edges of the frame.
Print out the template of the lettering, cut it out and spray the back with spray adhesive. Now place the template on the frame surface and draw the contours with a pencil. remove Stencil again and paint it with the brush and the dark color.
