This is how it is Napkin technique applied:
First prime the two wooden parts with white Handicraft paint. This will help you to better emphasize the color intensity of your Napkin later ones. This Handicraft paint is applied evenly with the brush. Wash the brush thoroughly and let it dry
Now cut the Napkin with the silhouette scissors in the way you will later apply them to your or your Note box utensil box. Remove the unprinted layers of paper Napkin from the top, printed layer of the Napkin. For which Napkin technique only this top printed layer is required. Coat one of the two boxes with Napkin varnish. Place the topmost layer of the Napkin on top. Spread the Napkin top layer again with Napkin varnish. Best way to do this is to paint from the inside out with the brush. Make sure that you do not apply the paint with too much pressure, otherwise it can Napkin tear. Now let everything dry well
Repeat this procedure for your other box.
