Preparing the crafting material
Place the little house on the lamp foil, outline it and cut it out a little smaller so that it can no longer be seen from the sides when it is glued on.
Start by applying a thin layer of napkin varnish to the cut-out lamp foil . The napkin varnish acts as an adhesive and ensures that the napkin adheres well later on. Make sure to apply an even layer so that the napkin motif can be stuck on later without creases.
Attaching the napkin motifChoose a quarter motif from napkin that you particularly like and carefully cut out the desired motif. At napkin technique , only the top printed layer of the napkin is used. This layer is very thin and must be handled with care. carefully place this motif on the prepared lamp foil and apply another thin coat of napkin varnish, to fix it in place. Then allow the varnish to dry completely and cut off any excess Paper .
Artistic designDesign the window of the little house with the VBS handicraft paint according to your wishes and allow the paint to dry well. Then apply the decorative snow to the roof and windowsill. Allow the snow to dry completely before continuing.
Final assembly and decorationNow you can stick the decorated lamp foil to the back of the house. Place a small figure on the windowsill to liven up your little house. A chain of light, that you attach from the back provides an enchanting glow.
