Are you also in cactus fever? With simple tools and a bit of skill you can easily recreate our trendy cactus lamp.
It's that easy
Prime the cactus with the pot of white Acrylic paint .
Carefully cut open the back of the cactus with a knife or scalpel and remove the back. Now you can prepare 10 holes for a light chain. It is best to use a hole puncher so that you have clean hole edges
Now glue the cactus pot with Decopatch paper. For this, tear the Paper into small pieces. Apply patch glue to the areas that are to be covered with the Paper and stick on the individual snippets one by one. Protruding pieces of paper at the edges can be easily removed with a scalpel.
We painted the cactus with dark green Acrylic paint and highlighted the edges with light green paint. For the appearance of the spines just paint small light green strokes on the dark green cactus
Finally, simply insert the light chain only into the holes and fix it with hot glue - and you have an exotic light cactus!
