Design with color
If you want to recreate our idea exactly, use handicraft paint in powder, pastel -pink, lavender, sea green and stone grey. to paint the wooden pieces. Carefully paint the top edge of the tray, the roofs of the houses and the inside edges of the windows, door and stars with the different colors using a fine brush.
Fix the chain of light to the inside edge of the tray with a few dots of hot glue.
Tie two fir branches together with a piece of cord . Using a needle, thread dried orange slices and small jingles onto the cord and tie the ends into a small bow. Make more pieces of this decorative accessory.
