Then stretch the fabric in the embroidery ring so that it is as tight as possible. Then cut a piece of the embroidery twist in the desired colour and divide it so that you have 3 threads twice. Your pieces of thread should be no longer than twice the length of your arm so that you can still work easily.

Thread the thread onto the needle and have the embroidery pattern ready. A ruler will help you to orientate yourself better.

Start by piercing the thread from the back to the front at the starting position. Leave a small end at the back. Then go back diagonally over the hole and bring the thread back to the front so that you can form a cross.
