Instructions: Christmas friends from papier-mâché balls
Anleitung No. 1378Here's how it's done
The first step is to cut off the suspension eyelets from the small 3 cm Acrylic balls . With the hot glue gun, a hole is melted into the balls, through which a pear of the light chain can be put later.
The papier-mâché balls and the wooden tray are primed white. While the primer dries, white Straw silk paper is torn into small pieces for the small Acrylic balls and then glued on with the help of Napkin varnish .
Put some golden paint on a dry Bristle brushes and carefully wipe the tray with a golden wipe.
Now the large figure spheres are colored : The penguin needs a black coat except for a white round circle. For Santa Claus, paint one ball red except for a semicircle. The reindeer ball gets a noble golden circle.
Cut out the antlers of the reindeer, Santa's moustache, beak and eyes of the penguin from Foam sheets , stick them on the balls. Stick on small red Pompoms as nose and finally paint on the eyes with a black Fineliners snowman, Santa Claus and reindeer. Santa Claus can also be decorated with black buttons and the snowman gets a pretty red ribbon as a scarf.
For the snow globes of the table decoration, white primed papier-mâché globes are simply covered with white snowflake sprinkles from Felt .
Insert the pears of the fairy lights into the prefabricated holes of Acrylic balls and finally arrange all the balls in the wooden bowl tray. Cover possible empty spots or the cable of the fairy lights with some fir green - your new eye-catcher is ready!
